How to Order Hot Lunch

OLPH Parents/Guardians,
Hot Lunch ordering closes TOMORROW - Friday, Sept. 13th. 
Please be sure to complete your order AND payment ONLINE before midnight on Friday.  
Once ordering is closed, you will NOT be able to order until January, when we open ordering for Session 2.

HOW TO ORDER / GETTING STARTED (for NEW to OLPH families or staff):(staff- please ensure you select "STAFF" instead of your homeroom)
You will need to complete the following:

  • To REGISTER an account, go to: olphschool.hotlunches.net
  • Click the "Click Here to Register" button.
  • Enter Access Code OLPHHL
  • The system will guide you through the rest of the registration form
  • Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
  • Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends OLPH.  Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
  • Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren) - or yourself, if you're staff!
  • Place lunch orders for ALL your children BEFORE you enter your payment information
  • Check your junk folder - sometimes the automated emails will go there!

FOR RETURNING FAMILIES (or STAFF):(staff- please ensure you select "STAFF" instead of your homeroom)
You will need to complete the following:

  • Go to: olphschool.hotlunches.net and login to your account
  • Under "Profile", click "Manage Students" button.
  • Update your child to their current grade and homeroom teacher
  • To add another child to your account, click "Profile" and then "Add Students"
  • Once all your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
  • Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren) - or yourself, if you're staff!
  • Place lunch orders for ALL your children BEFORE you enter your payment information
  • Check your junk folder - sometimes the automated emails will go there!

*It is EXTREMELY important that you double check your child's GRADE and HOMEROOM TEACHER. Failure to do so may result in lost and/or late lunches for your child for the ENTIRE SEMESTER.* Our volunteers will do their best to ensure your child receives their hot lunch order, but your cooperation NOW will help our volunteers (and your child!) throughout the semester.

VOLUNTEERING

2-5 volunteers are needed every WEDNESDAY for Hot Lunch from approx. 11:30-12:45.  We cannot run the Hot Lunch Program without the support of parent / guardian / grandparents volunteers. 

Without volunteers, we cannot get your ordered lunches sorted and distributed to your children. Please volunteer if you can, or send it to someone you know!

Pay online by credit card ONLY

If you need to pay with other methods, please contact School Council to make arrangements. Your order will not be processed unless we are notified so we can make other payment arrangements with you.
