Family & Community Supports
- Caregiver Series - These free 90 minute online sessions are intended to provide parents, caregivers, teachers, and community members with introductory information regarding mental health challenges that can affect children and youth.
- CMHA Recovery College workshops (free) - The program offers courses which focus on providing resources and tools to individuals impacted by mental health and addiction challenges, and to their external supports.
- Strathcona County - Counselling Support Groups - A great way for parents to connect with other adults about difficult day-to-day worries and complications.
