Bienvenue / Welcome to the 2025–2026 School Year at École OLPH! 

Dear OLPH Families,

The OLPH staff is so excited to welcome you and your child back for another amazing school year! ✨ Whether your family is returning or joining us for the very first time, know that you are part of a caring, faith-filled community where students grow together in Christ’s love. ????

Nous avons bien hâte de revoir vos enfants cet automne! To help make the transition back to school as smooth as possible, we’ll once again be doing a staggered entry for the start of the year.

Staggered Entry Dates / Dates d’entrée échelonnée

• August 28 (28 août) → Last names A–K

• August 29 (29 août) → Last names L–Z

• September 2 (2 septembre) → All students back together! / Tous les élèves reviennent!

(Please note: the letter groupings are designed to balance numbers. If you’d like to request a change, please contact our office.)

 First Days of School – What to Expect

Here are some helpful details to get your child off to a great start:

• Homerooms: On the first day, students will find their homeroom teacher’s name posted on classroom doors.

• Options: Students will receive their option selections during the first few days of school.

• Specialty Programs: If your child is enrolled in Performing Arts or Sport for Life, you should have already received confirmation. If you haven’t, please contact the office.

 Drop-Off and Pick-Up

• Doors open at 8:35 a.m. each day. Students wait outside until then (weather permitting).

• Parents/guardians are asked to remain outside when dropping off children.

• On the first day only, families are warmly invited to accompany their child to their locker in the morning.

• Please review our Drop-Off & Pick-Up Guidelines for a safe start!

• Each grade has a designated entrance.

• Students use the same door for entry, recess, and dismissal.

• When arriving, students remove outdoor footwear and head straight to homeroom. Teachers will show them where to store boots and coats.

✏️ What to Bring on Day One

• Regular school supplies

• Indoor athletic non-marking shoes

• Water bottle

• Identified personal electronic device (Chromebook, etc.)
