Dear Parents,
Grade 7 and 8 OLPH students have the privilege to leave school grounds during lunch recess.
Every time you would like your child to have this privilege, please complete the form below and hand it to the office for the day they would like to leave school grounds.
Please note that even when students are off campus during lunch, they are expected to conduct themselves according to school guidelines. If students fail to meet that behavior standard, the privilege to leave grounds will be revoked.
Please note that text messages, phone calls or any other method of messaging will not count as permission to leave school grounds.
